Viking Vault began when Matt Coffman noticed that trailers were being stolen at an alarming rate. He began engineering bolt cutter-proof locks to meet the demand for high-quality and high security locks for all types of couplers/hitches. As seen on Motorhead Garage and REV’N on MOTORTREND TV.
Matt Coffman’s background includes environmental design, architecture and engineering; as well as prototype development of parts and components.
Matt is also an avid racer and has been involved with Porsche Club, International GT, and Pirelli World Challenge racing. Matt’s own racing career includes 14 podium finishes to date. He is also a professional racing coach, and is currently the Chief Driving Instructor for the Mid Ohio Regional Porsche Club of America.
